We’ve got a loaded agenda for our Board of Supervisors’ Meeting during our Monday, August 10, 2020 Session! I hope you’ll consider joining virtually or in person.
We’ll be discussing many items, including using CARES Act funding for this year’s phase of transition of the county assuming operations of the rescue squad (you can read the funding options and recommendations on page 151 of this document), using CARES Act funding for enabling students to access internet with Verizon hot spots, a request for extension for a solar farm permit, discussion of expansion of broadband, further CARES Act disbursements, and an update regarding the Buckingham County Small Business Support Program.
